Let’s Clear Things Up

Clear answers about the planning process, fees, and what to expect
so you can move forward with confidence.

Planning a vacation comes with questions—and that’s a good thing. Below, you’ll find clear answers about my process, partnerships, and what it’s like to work together. My goal is simple: to make your vacation feel seamless from the first conversation to the moment you return home.

Your Questions, Answered

  • In most cases, no. When you book a vacation package such as a cruise, all-inclusive resort, or bundled land package, my services are included through my trusted travel partners.

For more complex, highly customized itineraries that require extensive research and coordination, a planning fee may apply. If that’s ever the case, you’ll know upfront before we begin.

  • Anyone can book a trip online. What I provide is expertise, access, organization, and support.

I help you choose the right destination, resort, cruise line, or itinerary for your travel style and priorities—not just what looks good in photos. I also manage the details, monitor your reservations, apply price drops when eligible, and advocate for you if something needs attention.

You get the excitement of travel without the stress of figuring it all out alone.

  • I specialize in both ocean and river cruises, accessible cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney destinations, Universal Studio theme park packages, and thoughtfully curated land vacations—especially in Europe and the Caribbean.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a couples escape, or a group celebration, I design vacations that feel seamless and aligned with what matters most to you.

  • It starts with a conversation. Once I understand your vision, budget, and travel style, I design recommendations tailored specifically to you.

After you select your preferred option, I handle the bookings, confirmations, and coordination. Leading up to departure, I’ll keep you organized and informed so everything feels smooth and stress-free.

  • In many cases, yes. While I specialize in full-service vacation planning, I’m happy to discuss booking individual components such as cruises, resort stays, or packaged vacations.

If you’re unsure what level of support you need, we’ll talk it through and find the best fit.

  • Most of my travel partners offer flexible payment schedules. Typically, a deposit secures your reservation, and the remaining balance is due closer to departure.

I’ll clearly outline all payment timelines and options before anything is confirmed so there are no surprises.

  • Yes, in most all cases, I strongly recommend it.

Vacation protection can provide coverage for unexpected cancellations, medical situations, travel delays, and other disruptions. While we all hope for smooth travels, having protection in place offers peace of mind and an added layer of security.

I’ll review the available options with you so you can make an informed decision.

  • If something unexpected comes up, you’re not on your own.

Depending on the situation, you’ll have access to both the supplier’s support team and my assistance. I step in to help navigate changes, communicate with partners, and advocate on your behalf so you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

  • For the best availability and pricing, I recommend planning 6–18 months in advance for cruises, Europe, and peak travel seasons. As of now, Disney only allows booking up to a year out (sometimes less), but holiday travel often benefits from even earlier planning.

That said, if your trip is sooner, reach out. I’ll always do my best to make it happen.
